Third Party Investigation

Facing the curtain wall defects of unknown cause found during or after construction, or requiring an expert opinion for a curtain wall failure during a civil litigation, our firm can be hired as a third party to review the contract and specification regarding quality requirements. Search inspection and test report during construction for clues and review relevant shop drawing and structural calculation. Inspect the defect in person and take apart components if necessary to check if it is indeed constructed according to drawing, research relevant information or ask related experts. After review of the above information, we propose our professional opinion of the defect type, the cause of defect and suggest remedy methods.
